Construction/Plumbing

Students can enroll in either the Construction Plumbing course or the Construction Carpentry course. In these courses, you will learn basic plumbing and carpentry construction skills through a variety of authentic, work-based projects and activities. The Construction/Plumbing and Carpentry programs are also supported by the OSHA curriculum that provides students with needed “construction work-site” safety knowledge. In addition, these courses follow the National Center for Construction Education and Research construction (NCCER)/ plumbing and carpentry curricula.

 Upon completion of this program, you will be eligible for many apprenticeship plumbing and construction work opportunities.

Credits: 6 CTE elective credits; 1.0 English; 1.0 Math
